Dean’s takes pride in every project we complete, but providing a better work and play environment for the younger generations gives us the greatest pride. Our portfolio expands from new complexes, complete reconstruction of existing complexes to small additions and simple parking lot reconstructions. The tight schedules and intense sequencing of most education projects creates a unique challenge that Dean’s fully understands. 

Fremont High School
Owner: Fremont Public Schools
Engineer: Kingscott Architecture and Engineering
CM: Triangle Associates
Year Completed: 2011
Highlights: Work included 100,000 yards of earth balancing, building excavation and backfill. Construction of parking lots, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main. Dean’s was also able to help construct a connector drive including installation of a pre fabricated metal bridge.

Highlights: Work included construction of parking lots, drives, building excavation, installation of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main.

Cedar Springs Public Schools

Subcontractors: Superior Asphalt, Michigan Paving & Materials, Kent Companies, and RA Holmes.
Year Completed: 2013, 2014
Highlights: Work included reconstruction of existing parking lots at the high school. Construct of a new parking lot at Cedar Trails Elementary with an underground retention system.
