Dean’s has had the opportunity to work in many communities improving their parks and trails. As the general contractor we work closely with the engineer / architect and the owner to keep the project on budget and within time constraints. With our highly qualified subcontractors, we can handle a wide range of projects.

Fred Meijer Pioneer Trail
Owner: Kent County Parks

Engineer: Kent County Road Commission
Year Completed: 2013
Highlights: Construction of 1.07 miles of paved trail between Peach Ridge Ave. and Walker Ave. Work included earthwork, box culvert installation, segmented block retaining wall’s, and paved path.

Gordon Park

Year Completed: 2011, 2012
Highlights: Work included construction of paved parking lots, concrete walks, and trail connector to the White Pine Trail, and site restoration. 

Paul Henry Trail

Highlights: Construction of .93 miles of non-motorized paved trail along East Paris Ave. from 60th Ave. to 68th Ave.
